The Natural Nuts store presents a rigorous process of order processing, packaging and shipping of our products.
The delivery time stipulated by our carriers is 7 to 10 working days.
We are currently working with two carriers: Correios and Jadlog.
Shipping depends on the country and region where the order is placed.
After you complete the order, the shipping processing is performed in 3 steps: Billing, Packaging and Shipping.
After payment confirmation, we generate your invoice and send it to your email. We also put it in the package during the packaging process. NOTE: Billing is done after the payment is approved.
We strictly check your order and pack it carefully in the package. We use larger package sizes and special packaging to keep the product at the right temperature. In addition we take care that the product does not lose its quality during transport.
We check all the previous processes and send your order to the carrier.
After shipment, you will receive an email notification with the tracking code for you to conveniently track your order.
If there is a problem with the shipment of your order or you are not satisfied with the quality, you can request a refund through this link within 7 days after delivery.
